1. Service Description

PetHaven is a pet life companion application that helps you track your pet's health, milestones, diary entries, photos, and memories.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing accurate information about your pets, and using the service in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Subscription & Billing

PetHaven offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property

You own all content you upload (photos, diary entries, health records). PetHaven retains rights to the application, design, and AI-generated content templates. AI-generated text about your pet is yours to keep and share.

5. Limitation of Liability

PetHaven is not a veterinary service. Health tracking features are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
